“Joga je za svakoga” pro\u010ditah nedavno na jednoj reklami za jogu, pa me ta re\u010denica pokrenu da napi\u0161em blog o skrivenim opasnostima u praksi ne samo joge nego i mnogih drugih sportova koji \u010desto, gotovo stalno, izvode pretklon tj. fleksiju ki\u010dmenog stuba za koju mnogi anatomi savjetuju da se ne izvodi. Problem valjda le\u017ei u tome \u0161to ve\u0107ina instruktora nedovoljno ula\u017ee u svoje znanje, te se nisu dovoljno pokrenuli da prate savremeno doba. Dru\u0161tvo je takvo kakvo je i lak\u0161e nam je dr\u017eati se zastarjelih metoda i tehnika nego i\u0107i u korak sa naukom. Naravno “korak sa naukom” zahtijeva da se izdvoji i odre\u0111ena koli\u010dina novca jer svako svoje znanje \u017eeli i treba da naplati, a ve\u0107ini instruktora je lak\u0161e postati instruktor gledaju\u0107i YouTube (o samolicenciranim trenerima \u0107u detaljnije nekom drugom prilikom), nego platiti dovoljno stru\u010dna lica koja \u0107e ih uvesti u svijet anatomije i fiziologije. I onda se de\u0161ava to da nedovoljno obu\u010dena osoba izjavi da je joga za svakoga, jer da je dovoljno obu\u010dena znala bi da je to daleko od istine. Prije svega, joga = ekstenzija, \u0161to nije u prirodi \u010dovjeka, a svaka ekstra mobilna ki\u010dma u budu\u0107nosti zna\u010di samo jedno – BOLESNA KI\u010cMA! Iskreno, ne vidim ni\u0161ta korisno u tome \u0161to \u0107e neko staviti nogu iza glave, niti vidim korist od istezanja u pretklonu koji je recept za is\u010da\u0161enje diska a u stalnoj je praksi joge.<\/p>\n

Me\u0111utim, nije problem samo u jogi. Mnogi treneri svoje klijente vje\u017ebaju surovo po njihovim zglobovima, a imamo i one rekreativce koji odlu\u010de da se sami treniraju, na\u0111u snimak na YouTubeu gdje neka fit djevojka obja\u0161njava vje\u017ebe, pa stanu, sjednu ili legnu na pod, glavu izvrnu da bi vidjeli \u0161ta fit dama pokazuje i hop! Eto problema! Sre\u0107om stvari vezane za zdravlje zglobova danas su itekako vidljive i tu vi\u0161e nema mjesta za razli\u010dita mi\u0161ljenja. Mi\u0161i\u0107 \u0107e uvijek biti mi\u0161i\u0107, ligamenet uvijek ligament, zglobovi \u0107e uvijek biti zglobovi, itd.\u00a0 Nema tu prostora za izjave poput: “Ali ovo nije Pilates, ovo je aerobik, joga ili ko\u0161arka… Mi to u svom sportu radimo druga\u010dije… Bla, bla, bla…” Od ovakvih se izjava naje\u017eim, i nevjerovatno je da neko uop\u0161te ovako razmi\u0161lja.\u00a0 Zapamtite, \u0161ta god trenirali iste su zakonitosti tijela! ISTE! Bilo da se bavite Pilatesom, tr\u010danjem, jogom, aerobikom itd, znajte da su zakonitosti tijela uvijek iste, jer na\u0161e tijelo ne zna \u0161ta trenira. Ono samo registruje pokret, a podsvijest pamti maltretiranje tijela. Ve\u0107ina ljudi ima problem sa promjenom na hrskavici koljena, zatim sa deformitetima ki\u010dmenog stuba, kao i sa promjenama na diskovima ki\u010dmenog stuba i jo\u0161 mnogo toga. Razlozi tome su brojni i ne\u0107u se sad baviti svim razlozima ali \u0107u navesti neke od primjera koji dovode do toga a vi \u0107ete sami vidjeti da li vas neko tako trenira ili se tako trenirate sami. \u0160teta je u oba slu\u010daja zagarantovana. Pa da po\u010dnemo.<\/p>\n

\"najosjetljiviji-dijelovi-kicme\"Zamislite da je ki\u010dma stub koji nas dr\u017ei. Taj stub nije postavljen kroz centar na\u0161eg tijela nego pozadi i nije \u010dvrst komad. Sastavljen je od mnogo pokretnih segmenata i zglobova gdje se ti isti segmenti sastaju, te postaju hiperpokretljivi i kao rezultat toga pona\u0161aju se kao spojevi – pokretljivost i optere\u0107enje se koncentri\u0161e upravo na njih, \u0161to uzrokuje njihovu istro\u0161enost br\u017ee nego na drugim mjestima. Ti spojevi se nalaze na \u010detiri mjesta: na vrhu gdje se spaja vrat sa lobanjom, spoj donjeg vrata sa rebrima, gdje se donji dio rebara spaja sa donjim dijelom na\u0161ih le\u0111a, te mjesto gdje se donji dio le\u0111a spaja sa karlicom.<\/p>\n

Savijanje naprijed (tzv. pretklon) doprinosi degerativnim promjenama, isu\u0161ivanju, pucanju i curenju te\u010dnosti iz diskova. \u010cak, neprekidno ponavljanje ovih radnji uzrokuje istezanje pozadi diskova i ligamenata (povezuju\u0107e tkivo koje dr\u017ei na\u0161e kosti zajedno). Sada pomislite na sljede\u0107e: postoji ligament koji se prote\u017ee du\u017e unutra\u0161nje strane spinalnog kanala (ko\u0161tana cijev koja nosi ki\u010dmenu mo\u017edinu), i tu nema ni najmanje slobodnog prostora, tako da ako ligament otekne zbog pretjeranog istezanja ili je pritisnut diskom (koji je potisnut iz svoje ravnine), to uzrokuje akutni bol a nerjetko i paralizu.<\/p>\n

\"Pretklon\"<\/a>Za\u0161to ovo ne raditi?<\/strong><\/p>\n

U ovoj vje\u017ebi karlica je zarolana unazad od butne kosti. To je znak da je mjesto spajanja baze donjeg dijela ki\u010dme i vrh karlice ugro\u017een. Pogledajte prednju stranu tijela. Primjetit \u0107ete da je baza njenih rebara pomjerena prema karlici. Dakle, rebra su pala prema karlici. Taj “pad” je znak da je izgubila kontrolu nad spojem baza njenih rebara i donjeg dijela le\u0111a. Pogledajte i pad u spoju baze vrata. Ljudska glava te\u017ei izme\u0111u 4.54kg-7kg. Zamislite onda koliko te\u017eine se u ovom polo\u017eaju oslanja na ligamenet pritis\u010du\u0107i diskove!!! Ajojj!<\/p>\n

\"Pretklon2\"<\/a>Za\u0161to ovo ne raditi?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pogledajte kako joj pada glava na pregibu baze vrata. U ovom polo\u017eaju bi i najmr\u0161avija djevojka izgledala kao da joj se stomak preklopio. Tako izgleda kada se pritisak i vi na\u0111ete na istom putu, kada prostor koji je namjenjen va\u0161im organima da bi obavljali zdravu funkciju u abdominalnoj \u0161upljini se dodiruju sa silom te\u017ee te\u017eine koja ga gura prema dolje. Na ovaj na\u010din guranjem prema dolje priti\u0161\u0107ete sastav va\u0161eg abdnomena i baze karlice.<\/p>\n

Donji dio rebara i donji dio le\u0111a su u potpunosti eksploatisani. Spu\u0161tanje va\u0161ih stopala na pod nije cilj ove vje\u017ebe! Cilj ove vje\u017ebe je odr\u017eati te\u017einu najte\u017eih dijelova tijela od centra tijela, horizontalno protiv sile gravitacije, s tim da se ova vje\u017eba daje jakim i naprednim vje\u017eba\u010dima jer mi\u0161i\u0107i moraju biti dovoljno jaki da odr\u017ee va\u0161 torso u zraku plus jo\u0161 dodatnu te\u017einu va\u0161ih nogu. \u010cesto na treninzima mo\u017eete \u010duti vje\u017eba\u010de kako se \u017eale da ne mogu disati tokom ove vje\u017ebe. Kako bi i mogli ?! Cijeli respiratorni sistem im je u ovom polo\u017eaju potpuno zgnje\u010den.<\/p>\n

Ovakvo vje\u017ebanje \u0107e zdravlje bolesne osobe pogor\u0161ati a zdravu osobu \u0107e dovesti u stanje bolesne osobe. Za sve ove i sli\u010dne vje\u017ebe postoji daleko bolji i bezbjedniji na\u010din izvo\u0111enja, samo \u0161to je ve\u0107ini lak\u0161e da tro\u0161e zglobove umjesto mi\u0161i\u0107e koji optimalno rade, a neaktivnost, slabost trupa i maltretiranje sopstvenog tijela \u0107e nas kad tad ko\u0161tati zdravlja. Nejednaka raspore\u0111enost ki\u010dmenog stuba je put ka is\u010da\u0161enju diska. Kada podjednako rasporedimo pokret i optere\u0107enje, tada stvaramo nevjerovatnu snagu u dubinskim le\u0111nim mi\u0161i\u0107ima i svim trbu\u0161nim i to bi trebao biti cilj vje\u017ebanja.\u00a0 Dakle, vje\u017ebajmo a da ki\u010dma ne trpi na\u0161u te\u017einu. Najjednostavniji na\u010din da to shvatite je mo\u017eda ovaj primjer:<\/p>\n
